Waking up earlier than I go to sleep sometimes and spending over 5 hours driving some horrible rented car going up to Ithaca in early February was well worth it for this very moment. Seeing Ken magically enchant college CS students with his tales of the wonder of working at Tumblr, and witnessing young boys become men right in front of my very eyes.
